Shipping Fees
Free shipping on domestic orders of ¥30,000 or more.
¥770 for domestic orders under ¥30,000.
Okinawa: ¥2,500.
International shipping is handled via EMS.
Shipping fees are as follows:

Certain items requiring special packaging or cases, such as leather jackets, may be subject to different shipping charges.

通常、ご注文確定後3営業日以内に発送いたします。
予約商品、受注商品、その他商品ページに発送時期を個別に記載している商品については、各商品ページに記載の時期に発送いたします。
Shipping Schedule
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation.
For pre-order, made-to-order, or other items with a separately specified delivery schedule, the shipping period stated on the relevant product page will apply.
ご注文のキャンセルについて
ご注文確定後のお客様都合によるキャンセルは、原則としてお受けしておりません。
商品発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
商品に不良がある場合または誤配送の場合は、下記「返品・交換について」に基づき対応いたします。
Cancellations
Cancellations due to customer preference are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be handled in accordance with the Returns and Exchanges policy below.
返品・交換について
不良品・誤配送
商品に不良がある場合またはご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
在庫がある場合は交換にて対応いたします。
交換可能な在庫がない場合は、商品の状態等に応じて返金または修理にて対応いたします。
修理の場合、お時間を要する場合がございます。
不良品または誤配送による返品・交換にかかる送料は、当店が負担いたします。
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective or differs from the item ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Where replacement stock is available, we will provide a replacement.
If replacement stock is unavailable, we will provide a refund or repair depending on the condition of the item.
Please note that repairs may require additional time.
Shipping costs associated with defective or incorrectly delivered items will be covered by us.
加工商品について
製品洗い、製品染め、顔料染め、バイオウォッシュ、ユーズド加工その他の特殊加工を施した商品は、加工の特性上、同一商品、同一サイズ、同一生産ロットであっても、色合い、風合い、寸法、縮み方および着用感などに個体差が生じる場合がございます。
また、カラーや加工方法の違いにより、同一サイズであっても仕上がり寸法や着用感が異なる場合がございます。
これらは加工商品の特性であり、当店が不良品と判断した場合を除き、返品・交換の対象外となります。
商品ページに記載しているサイズは目安となり、商品ごとに多少の誤差が生じる場合がございます。
個体差を理由とした在庫商品の採寸、選別および特定寸法の商品のご指定には対応いたしかねます。
Processed and Washed Products
Products that have undergone garment washing, garment dyeing, pigment dyeing, bio-washing, distressing, or other special treatments may vary in color, texture, measurements, shrinkage, and fit, even when they are the same style, size, and production lot.
Differences in color or processing method may also result in variations in finished measurements and fit between products of the same size.
These variations are characteristics of processed products and are not considered defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the item is determined by us to be defective.
Measurements shown on each product page are approximate and may vary slightly between individual items.
We are unable to measure or select stock based on individual measurements or accommodate requests for items with specific measurements.
交換
商品到着後3日以内にご連絡いただいた場合に限り、交換を承ります。
お客様都合によるサイズ交換につきましては、往復送料をお客様にご負担いただきます。
商品が新品未使用の状態であり、試着以外の着用がなく、匂い移り、汚れ、傷、破損等がなく、付属タグおよび付属品がすべて揃っている場合に限り対応いたします。
在庫がある場合に限り、同一商品のサイズ交換が可能です。
別の商品または別カラーへの交換はお受けしておりません。
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only when we are contacted within 3 days of delivery.
For size exchanges requested for the customer’s convenience, all round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, except for fitting, and must be free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear. All original tags and accessories must also be included.
Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same product and are subject to stock availability.
Exchanges for a different product or color are not accepted.
返品
商品に不良がある場合または誤配送の場合を除き、お客様都合による返品はお受けしておりません。
サイズ感、イメージ、色味、風合い等がお客様の想定と異なる場合や、製品洗い、製品染めその他の加工による個体差を理由とした返品はお受けできません。
当店が例外的に返品を承諾した場合であっても、商品が新品未使用の状態であり、試着以外の着用がなく、匂い移り、汚れ、傷、破損等がなく、付属タグおよび付属品がすべて揃っている場合に限ります。
Returns
Returns due to customer preference are not accepted unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted due to differences in size, fit, appearance, color, texture, or individual variations resulting from washing, dyeing, or other special processing.
In the event that we exceptionally agree to accept a return, the item must be unused, except for fitting, and must be free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear. All original tags and accessories must also be included.
予約商品・受注商品
予約商品および受注商品のご注文確定後のキャンセル、返品、交換はお受けしておりません。
ただし、商品に不良がある場合または誤配送の場合を除きます。
商品ごとの発送予定時期については、各商品ページをご確認ください。
Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Items
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges for confirmed pre-order or made-to-order items are not accepted.
This does not apply where an item is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
