配送について
日本国内は佐川急便またはヤマト運輸にて発送いたします。
配送業者の指定はできません。
発送元は東京都となります。発送元の指定はできません。
沖縄県および一部離島は、ご希望の日時指定どおりに配送できない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Carrier (Domestic Orders)
All domestic orders within Japan are shipped via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.
The shipping carrier cannot be specified.
Orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
Deliveries to Okinawa and certain remote islands may not arrive on the requested date.
送料（Domestic Shipping Fees）
商品代金30,000円（税込）以上のお買い上げで送料無料となります。
商品代金30,000円（税込）未満の場合、日本国内一律770円（税込）となります。
沖縄県への配送は2,500円（税込）となります。
Domestic Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders over ¥30,000 (tax included).
¥770 (tax included) for orders under ¥30,000.
Okinawa: ¥2,500.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
海外発送はEMS（国際スピード郵便）にて行っております。

関税・輸入税等が発生した場合は、お客様のご負担となります。
一部レザージャケットなど、専用ケースを使用する商品につきましては、上記送料とは異なる別設定の料金となる場合がございます。

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
不良品について
商品到着後3日以内にご連絡ください。
期限を過ぎた場合は対応できません。
在庫がある場合は交換対応いたします。
在庫がない場合は返金または修理にて対応いたします。
修理の場合、お時間を頂く場合がございます。
不良品または誤配送の場合の返品送料は当店が負担いたします。
Defective Items
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
If replacement stock is available, we will arrange an exchange.
If unavailable, we will offer a refund or repair.
Please note that repairs may require additional time.
Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
SIZE EXCHANGES
サイズ交換について
サイズ交換は商品到着後3日以内に限り承っております。
在庫がある場合のみ対応可能です。
新品未使用の状態であること。
傷や汚れがないこと。
香水、タバコ、ペット、室内臭などの匂いが付着していないこと。
付属の下げ札がすべて揃っていること。
以上の条件を満たしている場合のみ、交換対応を行います。
往復送料はお客様のご負担となります。
別の商品への交換はお受けできません。
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of delivery and subject to stock availability.
Items must be unused, free from damage or stains, free from perfume, smoke, pet, or household odors, and returned with all original tags attached.
Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for different products are not accepted.
RETURNS
返品について
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品はお受けできません。

CANCELLATION
キャンセルについて
ご注文いただいた商品のキャンセルは、商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、原則としてお受けできません。
また、商品発送後のキャンセルは、いかなる理由においてもお受けできません。
